Question: What is the #1 thing that exists or could exist on Synct that would bring in new users and keep them 'sticky' (returning)?

I have high hopes and believe that we can have a strong and mutually helpful community here ... but in order for that to happen, we've gotta deal with the Catch 22 of "communities have to be large and active to attract members ... but communities need members in order to be large and active".

My initial thought is to attract people through other tools (like Boost & Page & Blog & Directory) ... is that still the right play? Or would something else maybe be better?
